Ingredients (Pin Yin): Dang gui, Bai shao, Gui zhi, Zhi gan cao, Mu tong, Da zao
Ingredients: Angelica sinensis root, Paeonia lactiflora root, Cinnamomum cassia twig, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root-prep, Akebia trifoliata stem, Ziziphus jujuba fruit. Other Ingredients: Maltose, Talcum, Activated carbon, Botanical wax.

Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x per day
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In the initial phases, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the formula takes effect. May be used medium-term for a few weeks to a few months. If administered alone for acute symptoms, it is usually taken for a period of weeks. Once the acute cold symptoms of this condition are resolved, this formula should be discontinued and replaced with an appropriate constitutional formula.
Contraindications (all): Contraindicated during pregnancy. Use with caution in the spring and summer, during periods of hot weather, or in warm climates. Contraindicated for Yin deficiency with deficiency heat.
