Ingredients (Pin Yin): Zhi chuan wu, Zhi cao wu, Di long, Dan nan xing, Zhi ru xiang, Zhi mo yao
Ingredients: Aconitum carmichaelii mother root-prep, Aconitum kusnezoffii root-prep, Pheretima aspergillum, Arisaema cum bile, Boswellia carterii resin-prep, Commiphora myrrha resin-prep. Other Ingredients: Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum.

Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x per day
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. May be administered with a small amount of hard alcohol to increase the formula's effectiveness at opening the channels and collaterals. The dosage should be very slowly increased from 2-8 pills three times daily to monitor the patient's response. May be used medium-term for a few weeks to a few months. If administered alone for acute symptoms, it is usually taken for no more than a couple weeks. This formula is very hot, pungent and dispersing, and can easily damage Yin. Watch for signs of heat and Yin deficiency.
Contraindications (all): Contraindicated during pregnancy. Contraindicated for very weak or deficient patients. Use with caution during heavy menstrual bleeding.
