B-12 Liquid by Karuna is an essential nutrient, but one that is eventually depleted if dietary sources are inadequate or absorption mechanisms are compromised.

B-12 Liquid Ingredients in 1 dropper:
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1041 mcg

Other ingredients: USP purified water, alcohol 25%, vegetable glycerin,, natural vanilla flavor, natural strawberry flavor, citric acid.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take to 1 dropper daily (approximately 521-1041 mcg), preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Hold the solution under the tongue for a few moments before swallowing. Refrigerate after opening.
