Ai Di Cha by Treasure of the East also known as ardesia japonica is used for the Chinese medicine patterns of wind-phlegm, damp-heat, traumatic injury and Blood stasis.

Ai Di Cha helps to support:

Acrid and bitter in flavor, neutral in nature, Ardisiae japonicae Herba (zi jin niu) suppresses cough, expels phlegm, invigorates the blood, promotes urination, and resolves toxicity.

Properties: Bitter, pungent, slightly cold; Relieve cough and dispel phlegm, clear heat and remove dampness, activate blood and resolve stasis.

Suggested Use:
Adults mix 4.5 g in hot water and drink as tea 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
