Contraindications: Because this herb is slightly cold and moistening, it should not be used in those with a weak Spleen and Stomach, internal accumulation of phlegm-dampness, or loose stools due to cold.

Yu Zhu Ingredients:
Yu Zhu Polygonatum. Non-GMO starch which contains maltodextrin, are used as excipients.

Suggested Use:
Adults mix 4.5 g in hot water and drink as tea 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
