Chelated Cal-Mag by Carlson Labs contains reacted calcium glycinate and buffered magnesium glycinate to support bones, muscle function and energy production. The chelated forms of these minerals, promote maximum absorption.

Calcium and magnesium work closely together to support healthy bones and natural energy production. To be most effective, these two minerals are provided in the preferred 2:1 ratio.

Chelated Cal-Mag Ingredients in 1 tablet:
Calcium (From from calcium bis-glycinate) 200 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium glycinate chelate and magnesium oxide) 100 mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, ethyl cellulose, magnesium stearate (veg.), food glaze.

This product does not contain gluten, milk/casein or preservatives.

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 tablet up to 3 times at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioners.
