Activated Charcoal Ingredients in 2 capsules:
Charcoal 560 mg

Other ingredients: Gelatin capsule.

This product does not contain yeast, wheat, sugar, soy, corn or lactose.

Suggested Use:
Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, 3 to 4 hours before/after meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do take this product at the same time as medications or other dietary supplements. If pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
