  
Iron SAP by Nutritional Fundamentals for Health is a chelated Iron with the amino acid glycine that is more highly absorbable and elicits greater clinical efficacy than other forms, while exhibiting minimal digestive discomfort.
Iron-deficiency anemia is the most prevalent type of anemia in North America. Common problems with iron supplementation have included poor bioavailability, extensive inhibition by dietary components (most notably phytates), and gastrointestinal side effects.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 5 mg
Riboflavin (riboflavin- 5'-phosphate sodium) 5 mg
Vitamin B3 (inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free) 5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 5 mg
Folate (folic acid) 500 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 400 mcg
Iron (from iron bisglycinate) 30 mg
Copper (from cupric citrate) 1 mg
Other Ingredients: Succinic acid (100 mg), l-glycine (100 mg), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, a NON-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable hypromellose and purified water.
This product does not contain preservatives, artificial flavor or color, sugar, dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, citrus or egg.
Suggested Use:
Adolescents (9 years+) & Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call your healthcare practitioner or Poison Control Center immediately.
