Glucomannan by Nature’s Way promotes feelings of fullness and is an excellent addition to a sensible weight loss program.

Glucomannan is derived from the konjac, an herb also known as the elephant yam. The konjac plant is prized for its fiber-rich root, which has been used both in food and wellness practices.

Glucomannan 1995 mg
(from Amorphophallus konjac root)

Other Ingredients: plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate.

This product contains sulfites.

This product does not contain gluten, sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, dairy products, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Suggested Use:
Take 2 to 3 capsules with a full glass of water 20-30 minutes before each meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Can be taken in between meals to provide fullness between meals.

Take this product with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product seek immediate medical attention.

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
