Glucomannan is derived from the konjac, an herb also known as the elephant yam. The konjac plant is prized for its fiber-rich root, which has been used both in food and wellness practices.

Suggested Use:
Take 2 to 3 capsules with a full glass of water 20-30 minutes before each meal, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Can be taken in between meals to provide fullness between meals.

Take this product with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product seek immediate medical attention.
