  Shi Quan Da Bu Tang by Blue Poppy’s Great Nature Classics is a formula that comes from Song Dynasty Tai Ping Hui Men He Hi Ju Fang (Tai Ping Imperical Grace Formulary). Within this formula, Huang Qi (Radix Astragali), Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng), Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Fu Ling (Poria), mixfried Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), Sheng Jiang (uncooked Rhizoma Zingiberis), and Da Zao (Fructus Jujubae) fortify the spleen and supplement the qi, while Shu Di (cooked Radix Rehmanniae), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Bai Shao (Radix Alba Paeoniae), and Chuan Xiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) nourish the blood. Rou Gui (Cortex Cinnamomi) warms the channels and scatters cold.
