Ingredients in 1 capsule:

Other ingredients: gelatin, starch (potato, tapioca and corn) and silica. May contain trace amounts of fish.

This product does not contain preservatives, sodium, yeast, dairy, artificial colors and flavors. This product contains trace amounts of fish. Refrigeration not required.

Suggested Use:
Adults: take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily.
Children under 4 years: take 1/2 capsule with a meal twice daily.
Infants: sprinkle 1/2 capsule in food or juice.
