Ingredients (Pin Yin): Cang er zi, Bai zhi, Xin yi hua, Bo he

Ingredients: Xanthium sibiricum fruit, Angelica dahurica root, Magnolia biondii flower, Mentha haplocalyx herb. Other Ingredients: Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum.

TCM Functions: Dispels Wind, Benefits the Nose

Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x per day

Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute cases, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills every 2-4 hours, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the formula takes effect. May be used short-term for few days to a few weeks. If administered alone for acute symptoms, it is usually taken up to a couple weeks. [P\For chronic conditions this formula may be administered at a low dose along with a constitutional formula for up to a few months.

Contraindications (all): Use with caution in Yin deficiency. Use with caution during pregnancy. Canger zi is very drying, avoid excess use.
