Acid Stim by Next To Nature is a two-phase aid to digestion that supports optimal levels of acid in the stomach (first phase) with Betaine and Glutamic HCl and digestive enzymes and ox bile to support digestion in the duodenum (second phase).

Stomach acid is needed in digestion and absorption of protein, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Older people in particular, who typically have lower levels of stomach acid, have difficulty absorbing sufficient nutrition.

The duodenum is the first section of the small intestine. This is where most chemical digestion takes place in the small intestine. In the duodenum, food is diluted with pancreatic enzymes and bile. Our dual-phase Acid-Stim supplement provides support for more complete digestion in both the stomach and intestinal tract.
