The key ingredient used to formulate Serramend is a natural proteolytic enzyme called serrapeptase. This specific enzyme plays a key role in helping to reduce and regulate the blood clotting process necessary to promote faster healing from injuries.

Serramend can prove beneficial in many conditions including traumatic injury, postoperative inflammation, ear, nose and throat conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome, breast engorgement, and venous disease.
