Ingredients: Pericarpium Arecae (da fu pi), Poria (fu ling), Radix Angelicae dahuricae (bai zhi), Folium Perillae (zi su ye), Herba Pogostemonis (huo xiang), Rhizoma Zingiberis recens (sheng jiang), Pericarpium Citri reticulatae (chen pi), Radix Platycodonis (jie geng), Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae (bai zhu), Cortex Magnoliae officinalis (hou pu), Rhizoma Pinelliae fermentatae (ban xia qu), Radix Glycyrrhizae praeparata cum melle (zhi gan cao), Fructus Jujubae (da zao).

Suggested Use:
Dissolve 1 to 2 grams in a cup of hot water to make a tea 2 to 3 times daily.
