Nature's Way Organic Stevia = Equivalence to Sugar
5 drops = 1 teaspoon
12 drops = 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon = 1/2 cup

Note: Because the substitution amount of stevia provides much less bulk than sugar, the recipe requires more ingredients to create the same texture as a sugar recipe would. For every cup of sugar you substitute with Organic Stevia drops, you should add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of liquid or bulk ingredient, such as natural applesauce, canned pumpkin, fruit juice, egg whites or yogurt.

Keep out of reach of children.
